Behind every great moment on stage is a team making sure it lands for everyone in the room.​

​For Chipotle's General Session at MGM Grand Garden Arena, that meant 939 LED tiles and 60,416,256 pixels working together to carry the message to 5,000 people from every angle.​

That's what this work is really about: making sure everything runs seamlessly so our guests and speakers can do what they do best.​

Two rooms. One vision. Zero compromises.​

When a client asks for two General Sessions with the same look and feel, you say yes, then get to work solving the puzzle of making everything flow.​

An obstacle our team ran into was that one room had 25-foot ceilings, while the other had only 12-foot ceilings, making it a challenge to ensure each General Session felt identical.​

Our solution? Create a scenic design that was scalable across both rooms without losing the integrity of the original concept. ​

The design centered on a large 3:1 screen, fun lighting, and a chevron arrow motif pulled directly from the client's Creative VisID. Those arrows were built with Astera Hyperion tubes and scaled to fit seamlessly in both spaces. ​

Then came our next layer of collaboration: we had two different lighting designers programming two separate rooms. So we partnered with our AV provider and the Unbridled Solutions creative team to design motion assets that extended to the chevron arrows. This meant that no matter who programmed the rest of the room, we could keep a critical design feature consistent throughout the entire program.​

One of our biggest events yet. 5,000 people, three action-packed days, and a team that made every moment count!

From two days of general sessions at the MGM Grand Garden Arena to an awards show on the field at Allegiant Stadium, our crew was behind every piece, from the load-in to the late nights, the first-ever Chipotle Mexican Grill food competition, and everything in between.
