Pause and Pray.
In the midst of life's constant challenges and overwhelming stress, take a moment to pause. Stop what you're doing, kneel before the Lord, and pray.
God loves us deeply and genuinely wants to hear from us. There is nothing in your life that He doesn't care about—He cares just as much about the small, everyday things as He does the big, seemingly impossible ones.
As long as we believe in what Jesus has done for us on the cross, God hears us. We can't go to the Father without Jesus, but through Him, we have direct access to the throne of grace.
There's no addiction too big for God to break. No stronghold too strong that God can't take away.
Take time today to pause and pray. 🙏❤️

🕊️ The Truth About God’s Peace 🕊️
"And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." — Philippians 4:7 (ESV)
Here is a beautiful truth we need to remember today: Just because God's peace is beyond our understanding, it does not mean it is beyond our experience.
We don’t have to figure everything out or make sense of our circumstances to feel His rest. Jesus Himself is the ultimate source of peace. He doesn't just offer it from afar; He actively wants us to receive it, lean into it, and let it guard our hearts and minds against anxiety and fear.
If your mind is racing today, take a deep breath and hand it over to Him. His peace is available for you right now. 🤍
👉 Let’s share the encouragement: Tag someone who needs a reminder of God's peace today, or comment "Amen" if you are receiving His peace right now!

See recovery is not about perfection , but about progression. At group we learn to overcome together, we learn how to take all of our burdens to God and lay them at his feet.

We believe in the power , of the Holy Spirit to help us with all of our hurts , habits and hang ups. We know we dont have to be perfect, we dont strive to be perfect but we do believe that God gives us the ability to overcome to be better , to want better and to live better lives. That can show his glory to others who have gone through similar things and to those hurting broken and needing jesus in there life.

📖 Step 6: "We were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character."
This is a powerful turning point in recovery. It’s not about achieving instant perfection — it’s about building true willingness, letting go of excuses, and opening our hearts to real change.
"Entirely Ready" means we stop justifying the behaviors that once protected us but now keep us stuck. We acknowledge our patterns — anger, pride, selfishness, fear, defensiveness, and control — and admit they’re holding us back from the life God intends for us. Even if part of us still clings to those old coping mechanisms, we become willing to release them.
Looking back at our Step 4 and 5 inventory helps us clearly see the defects that have damaged our relationships and stolen our peace. We explore our ambivalence, practice willingness through journaling and daily mindfulness (“willing to be willing”), and lean on our sponsor, therapist, or support group for honest perspective.
Step 6 matters because it prepares the ground. It creates space for genuine transformation and lays the foundation for Step 7.
Most importantly, we don’t have to do this in our own strength. It is God and God alone who removes these shortcomings. Our part is surrender and readiness — His part is the healing, restoration, and freedom that only He can give.
If you’re working Step 6 today, know that you’re not alone. Keep showing up with an open heart. The God who began this good work in you is faithful to complete it.
🙏 Have you experienced God removing a defect of character that you once thought was impossible to change? Share in the comments — your story might encourage someone else on the journey.

“You cannot build a skyscraper on a chicken coop foundation.” 🔥💯🤔🙏
Too many people are trying to build big lives on weak foundations.
We want success… we want peace… we want purpose… but we’re trying to stack it all on things that were never meant to hold that kind of weight. Money, status, relationships, opinions of others—these are like sand. They shift, they sink, and when life’s storms hit, they don’t stand a chance.
But here’s the truth:
A strong life requires a solid foundation.
Jesus talked about this—building your life on the rock, not on sand. When your foundation is faith in Him, you’re not moved by every storm, every setback, every challenge. You’re anchored. You’re steady. You’re built to last.
Every other foundation may look good at first… it may even feel strong for a season…
but over time, it will crack, erode, and wash out when the pressure comes.
Storms don’t destroy strong foundations—they reveal weak ones.
So the real question is: What are you building your life on?
If you want to build something that lasts—peace that won’t break, joy that won’t fade, strength that won’t collapse—you’ve got to start with the right foundation.
Build on Jesus. That’s the rock that doesn’t move. 🙏🔥

🌅 Good morning, family!
Put the armor of God on first thing every morning.
In the life of every believer, it’s vital that we start the day off in truth, in prayer, and seeking the presence of the Lord. There’s no other way to grow. No other way to overcome. And no other way to walk out our faith victoriously.
When we put God first — opening His Word and clothing ourselves in His armor — we step into the day equipped, protected, and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Let’s make it our daily priority to get “armored up” before anything else.
Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for this new day. Help us to rise each morning and put on the full armor of God. Strengthen us with Your truth, guard our hearts with Your righteousness, and fill us with Your presence. May we walk in faith, overcome every battle, and glorify You in all we do. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen. 🙏

Nobody told me how loud my own thoughts would get once I got sober, or that I’d learn to love them.
Nobody told me I’d feel proud pumping gas, making coffee, or just standing still.
Nobody told me I’d wake up and actually like who I was becoming.
Nobody prepared me for any of it.
And I’m so happy for it now.
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
— Philippians 4:13
This journey of recovery, growth, and peace isn’t easy… but with Him, it’s possible. If you’re in the middle of it, keep going. You’re becoming someone worth celebrating.
Tag someone who needs this reminder today. 💪✨
