Shape Architecture

Our new project up on the eastside of Leadville is...taking...shape! The house is uniquely sited at the end of the city grid with the historic mining district beyond. We studied some of these incredible old structures to inform the exterior of the house. The Eastside Cabin subtly references its surroundings and takes advantage of some epic views of the Sawatch range and beyond.

Look what’s coming down the river! We’re excited about our 10-unit mixed-use project in Salida. With expansive windows and balconies for each unit, Mt. Shavano and Big Baldy Mountain seem just a stone’s throw away. With a chamfered front corner, the building pulls occupants down to the South Arkansas river. With two retail spaces on the first floor, the structure aims to house locally-owned small businesses.
