If you THINK you CANNOT get HEALTHY, you NEVER will
The mind and emotions are powerful entities that need to be detoxed and properly looked after similar to the physical body
Many people live in their own personal hell. People become bonded like a slave to their self-limiting thoughts and beliefs 💭 then to make matters worse, you seek out others in real life or online that echo your same negative or emotional sentiment
I understand that we all have issues, stress and personal traumas that we are healing from. This is life! But you have a choice in how your respond to the world, positively or negatively. Very binary in nature. Our thoughts should produce peace, love, happiness and joy otherwise something emotionally deep within us has not been resolved or simply unaware of it
How do negative thoughts relate to physical healing? Negative self-limiting beliefs create a self-fulfilling prophecy. This happens because you develop selective perception and attention. The answer to your problems and your remedies could be right in front of your face but you only pay attention to what conforms to your existing beliefs. If your existing beliefs are negative in nature, your only take in and absorb negative crap 💩
Being closed minded, angry, resentful, and not taking responsibility will get your nowhere in life and nowhere in your health journey
