🚨 WARNING: We caught a phishing attack this week that looks like a friendly event invitation, and it nearly fooled one of our clients.

Here's what happened: A user received a link from someone they recognized, clicked through, and landed on a fake Adobe login page asking for their Gmail or Outlook credentials to "view a shared file."

It looked real. It felt real. It wasn't.

The site — invtationforfriend . one — is a credential harvesting page. The moment you type your email and password, that information goes directly to a hacker. The page may show a loading spinner, then go blank. From your end, it looks like something just glitched. From the attacker's end, the job is done.

Here's what's really scary: Your email account is the master key to almost everything — your bank, your payroll, your cloud storage. If an attacker gets into your inbox, they can reset passwords on accounts across your entire digital life.

We see this type of attack regularly, and it's becoming more common because it works. People click invitations. People trust messages from friends (even when that friend's account has already been compromised).

Please share this with your employees, your family, and anyone who uses email.

✅ Use a password manager — it will NOT autofill your credentials on a fake page, which is a built-in warning sign

✅ Turn on multi-factor authentication for your email, especially
