💫IRL Embodied Dance. 📍Denver ✨ Early bird tickets before April 14! 🙌

💫 “Our Bodies Story” and Embodied Dance. Feel free to join for “Our Bodies Stories”, Embodied Dance or even better, BOTH.

There are ALWAYS two stories- the story of the mind and the story of the body. Yet, we have been conditioned to almost exclusively understand the first story— that of the mind. What if a missing piece to living as deep, expansive, and whole-hearted as possible, was understanding the second story?

It is going to be an A-M-A-Zing night of rethinking our mental health through learning about the nervous system and how it interacts with our daily experiences and previous history, time for self-inquiry, somatic exercises, and regulation through intuitive movement! Get your early bird tickets before April 19th! 💫

💛 20% of all proceeds will be going to Angelica’s village in Denver, Colorado. Angelica’s village is an incredible non-profit that has built a community to assist youth and families seeking refugee from war and working to exist homelessness.
