I've been actively using RunSmart since 2016 and I am now an ambassador for Runsmart. The Midfoot project has been my annual spring refresh for my running form.

RunSmart was designed to help runners over the age of 40 reach their goals, run faster, and stay healthy. The exercise program, created by Physical Therapists, provides strength workouts, training plans, and more – but without any of the expensive costs associated with a personal coach or gym membership.

While hiking to Lost Lake via the Hessie Trailhead near Nederland, Colorado, you'll trek along Middle Boulder Creek, where you’ll see magnificent waterfalls and cascades.

This alpine lake is nestled in the mountains of Indian Peaks, with snow-capped peaks providing a stunning backdrop. As you trek along Middle Boulder Creek, you’ll see a magnificent waterfall, cascades and vibrant wildflowers that decorate the trail and meadows. If you’re feeling adventurous in the wintertime, Lost Lake is also a great spot for snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.
