The world taught women to move like machines. Linear. Productive. Always climbing. Always proving.
But women were never designed to be linear.
We are cyclical.
Like the moon.
Like the tides.
Like seasons.
Like birth, death, rest, creation, intuition, expansion, and return.
To be a woman is to carry cycles within the body itself.
Hormonal. Emotional. Spiritual. Ancestral.
🍃It is to hold the capacity to create life, nourish life, grieve life, and still continue forward.
🧠It is to carry intuition in the nervous system and memory in the bones.
❤️It is to inherit both wisdom and wounds through the maternal line.
Our bodies remember what modern systems forgot:
rest is sacred, softness is intelligence, and slowing down is not failure.
A woman is not meant to bloom in every season at once.
There are moments to lead.
Moments to nurture.
Moments to grieve.
Moments to disappear and listen inward.
Moments to rise again.
The more we honor our own cycles, the more life becomes coherent instead of performative.
Maybe healing begins the moment we stop forcing women to move like straight lines…
and allow them to move like nature again. 🌙
