Cohort 9 Spotlight - Dyanara Gutierrez:

"My name is Dyanara Gutierrez and I’m a second-year finance major at CU Denver. After I graduate, I plan to pursue a career as a financial analyst where I hope to help businesses make informed decisions to achieve their goals.

I am a graduate of DSST Conservatory Green High School, which played a significant role in my journey by emphasizing the importance of higher education and equipping me with the tools to succeed in college. Their focus on college readiness helped me develop the discipline I rely on today.

Looking ahead, I’m excited to gain hands-on experience in the finance industry and contribute to innovative solutions in financial planning and analysis."

Cohort 9 Spotlight - Ariana Cuevas: "As a policy communication specialist, I am dedicated to driving impactful change through strategic planning and community engagement. With expertise in project management, bilingual communication, and coalition-building, I create initiatives that amplify messages and mobilize diverse audiences for meaningful outcomes.

I currently serve as the Community Engagement and Recruitment Coordinator at Colectivo De Paz, a nonprofit serving Metro Denver’s historically underserved communities. In this role, I lead outreach efforts, build partnerships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, and help address both immediate and systemic community needs.

Looking ahead, I aspire to expand my impact in policy communication and advocacy, focusing on creating scalable solutions that foster inclusive, equitable change."

Not sure if you qualify? If you attended a public charter school (any part of K-12), you’re in. No degree required. Early-career could mean just stepping into the workforce or still in school. Resume outdated? No problem, we'll work on that together. Undocumented? Absolutely welcome. Your experience matters, however it looks. Apply by Sept 30 here:
