Miracles do happen.

Today was something I will never forget. After a total of 85 days, across multiple hospital stays, inpatient acute rehab, and skilled nursing rehab, four surgeries, and more complications than we can count, and now two weeks home with us, my mom, Mary, was able to sit in church for the first time since Christmas Eve.

Holding her hand, sitting side by side, and watching her receive a message centered on grace felt like a moment I wasn’t sure we would ever get.

We are so incredibly grateful for Pastor Russ and the prayers, visits, and steady faith that carried us through every stage of this crazy journey. There is still a long road ahead, but today was a powerful reminder of how far she has come and how meaningful great love, prayer 🙏 and a community of friends and believers truly are.

My heart ❤️ is full.
