The Local Lighthouse

Last night was a reminder of why we do what we do. From big events to small get-togethers, fostering this close-knit community is what drives us. Last nights meet up was a blend of shared wisdom, camaraderie, and that special spark that comes from being among impactful nonprofit leaders. And hey, it just proves again: . Yesterday we hosted an event with our partners at .good.turn. Throughout this event we heard from incredible leaders in the nonprofit + for profit world about the innovative approaches they are taking to create solutions for the homelessness crisis in Denver. A big take away from all of their work was the importance of starting with empathy and building trust based initiatives.
