Can you sleep on planes? 😴✈️ ad
I truly thought I just couldn’t sleep on planes but as I’ve traveled more and more, I learned I’m just a little high maintenance 😅
I cannot sleep in public places, so the key for me is making it feel like I’m in my own little world! Matador is my favorite place to get in flight essentials because they have everything you need, including things I would never think of that make sleeping so much easier
Here are my essentials for sleeping on a plane:
- Eye mask and ear plugs (I’m using the Matador Blackout Sleep Mask with Ear Plugs and this sleep mask is SO fluffy and comfy and has a pocket in it for ear plugs)
- Plane cardigan: make sure it’s comfy & thick & has a LARGE hood
- Blackout Travel Pillow: this inflatable pillow is super easy to blow up and again, SO COMFY. It comes with a storage pouch and packs down super small
- Matador Flatpak Waterproof Toiletry Case is fully waterproof and leakproof so it can be used for toiletries or to store in flight essentials
😴Another tip: Create a similar nighttime routine as your at-home routine. For me, brushing my teeth and doing my skincare before a long flight tells my body it’s time to wind down. The refillable toothpaste tubes, flatpack toiletry bottles, and waterproof canisters from Matador are perfect for this
Have you dialed in your sleep on planes? This is truly the only way sleep is possible for me!
