Bren (they/them) is an intuitive psychic, card reader, astrologer, and reiki practitioner who offers compassionate guidance through a unique, magickal approach, empowering clients to trust their intuition. After each session, you'll take home a good luck card and notes to carry the experience with you.

Carolyn is an intuitive healer who clears stagnant energy to restore flow and alignment. Specializing in ancestral guidance, past life healing, energy release, and spirit baby communication, she works with spirit guides and higher selves to bring clarity and empowerment. Her own healing journey awakened her intuitive gifts, allowing her to guide others toward transformation and confidence.

Lily’s classes are Hatha yoga-based with influences of QiGong and Kundalini. She believes the specialized movements of these modalities create new pathways of energy in the body, mind, and spirit, and offer helpful tools even when not on the mat. Her goal is for you to feel comfortable seeing yourself, feeling yourself, and being yourself—inside and outside of class. These yoga classes are designed to be inclusive and supportive of all relationships with the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga.
