Today is International Joke Day. We asked our team to share their favorite clean jokes — and it turns out the way people laugh together says a lot about how they work together.
Conscious connection is one of our core values. It shapes how we show up for our colleagues, our clients, and our partners. And one of the simplest, most human ways to build that connection is through shared laughter.
Research backs this up. Laughter triggers endorphins, reduces stress, and strengthens social bonds. Anthropologists have found that humor evolved as a way for humans to signal safety and build trust within groups. In other words, laughing together is not a break from the work. It is part of what makes the work possible.
So we went around and collected the team's favorite clean jokes. Swipe through to see what made us laugh (and groan).
Because the teams that can laugh together can also navigate hard things together. And that is the kind of connection we are always building.
Happy International Joke Day from Team Levata Human Performance. Drop your best clean joke in the comments. We want to hear what makes you laugh.

The people who teach us to show up with patience, steadiness, and care shape who we become in every part of life 💛
This Father's Day, we are celebrating the dads, stepdads, grandfathers, uncles, mentors, and father figures who lead with presence and heart.
You taught us to listen before speaking. To stay calm when things get messy. To choose kindness when it would have been easier not to.
Those lessons follow us everywhere. Into our work. Into our communities. Into the way we care for each other.
Happy Father's Day from all of us at . Your influence reaches further than you know.

Change rarely fails at launch.
It fades when daily behavior never truly shifts.
Sustainable transformation lives in how work actually happens after the rollout, not in the plan itself.
If you are leading change and something feels fragile beneath the surface, that instinct is usually right.
Most organizations sense the drift before they can name it. Momentum slows. Old habits resurface. The work looks the same, even if the language has changed.
That is not a leadership failure. It is a signal that change has not yet taken root in the everyday work.
