Mason Creek Medical Outpatient Building in Katy, Texas is nearing completion, bringing a facility 100% dedicated to gastrointestinal and colorectal healthcare.

NexCore Group served as developer and real estate co-owner alongside physician partners, with design by BSA LifeStructures and construction by Arch-Con® Corporation. The building is anchored by Katy Endoscopy Center, which occupies the full first floor with one operating room, four procedure rooms, and 22 pre- and post-op beds. Additional tenants include Digestive Health Associates, Houston Regional Gastroenterology Institute, and Houston Colon, all of whom will utilize the endoscopy center for procedures.
