Ovarian Cancer is known as a silent killer. Please know the signs and symptoms and visit your OB/GYN should you have any concerns.

Signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer may include:
* Abdominal bloating or swelling
* Quickly feeling full when eating
* Weight loss
* Discomfort in the pelvic area
* Fatigue
* Back pain
* Changes in bowel habits, such as constipation
* A frequent need to urinate

BUT to get yourself to see how amazing you are is a completely different story! We run around, taking one step forward and fourteen steps backward.

I want to challenge you today to try seeing yourself through the eyes of someone who admires you, someone that believes in you - they aren’t connected to insecurities and negative beliefs about you. All they see is your potential.
