My 3rd Party Voting Brother in Christ is trying to make amends for his misstep and misguided efforts in attempting to influence others to protest the candidates available to us in the vote this past Fall. A whole group of people in various communities nationwide embraced an identical thought process. They, like him, forgot a critical principle of mass protest: ensure there are enough votes to elect a candidate where YOU can have an audience that will hear your protest and, more importantly, be positioned to do something about it!

To facilitate this, he provided the US Government Switchboard, where WE can call, get a live operator, and be switched directly to a live staff member at the office of his, and others', "president," senator, or representative.

Will someone try to contact the Office of Elon Musk[y?] and let me know?

Hoping All Watched: Great Migrations: A People on The Move

This was a wonderful journal of the movement of Black people from the South to the North due to perceived or false promises of economic opportunity. One example reminded me of a "scheme" that provided immigrants with buses and planes and promises of jobs in sanctuary cities up north. Does this sound familiar? Abd, the results appear to be similar so far?

The program concluded by acknowledging "Reverse Migration." Now, and hopefully without sounding judgmental, let's be real in discussing our issues. Today, this is more important and urgent than ever! Here are some points for a real discussion and action plan:
1. Reverse Migration or Focused Reinvestment to/in the South
2. Collaborative/Collective Work (UJIMA)

Of course, these points cannot be fully expanded upon here due to space constraints and the need for diverse perspectives.

To begin, the March on Washington demonstrated the national power of a people when focused on ONE issue TOGETHER! Why has the power of the March, the gatherings of the African American Summits, and the Muslim in America movements and strategic plans not synergized and concentrated the power of self-governance and empowerment?

When advancement is made for one or a few, there is an associated demand/responsibility that the benefit is replicated internally across the diaspora. The benefit MUST NOT be held among a "clique" or "entitled" group.

How many are entitled to probating Heir property that YOU, or others in your family, have abandoned/discounted? I've heard ALL the excuses and, i many cases, from haters with reason.
The key question is, ""What'cha Gonna Do with What'cha Got?!
For if you do nothing, I guarantee you that others will control it for you—legally or NOT!

Once you view the documentary presented by PBS, you will hear loudly the problem of migration became:
1. NO or menial jobs
2. Few or redlined housing

I offer a belief that controlling land directly impacts the opportunity to create jobs and housing. However, this opportunity must be seized collectively. Everyone must contribute what they have, be it little or large, to a COLLECTIVE table of UJIMA. Will You Give of Your Given Tine, Talent, o Treasury in support of that which will reward others AND yourself? Will you Give Knowing?

I pray tonight that when I wake and work Friday, God willing, at least ONE person will join this discussion/movement with a vision for ACTION in 2025.
Remember, our ice is just as cold as anyone's ice when frozen—together or apart!
