New data showing 100g protein ingested after a workout can give you a return of 20% more gains than if you hit a 25g protein. Link in comments.
If your programming focuses on supplemental work (isolated movement minutia) and neglects the BIG 3 your progress will be limited.
Foundational strength training is a must in order to enhance supplemental movement.
Gimmicky movement is inferior to consistent strength training with mobility no matter how mundane or monotonous it may seem.
Consistency is key for strength.
Strength is key for quality of life.
