Done Right Termite and Home Inspections

Disclaimer. This is not on a house that I inspected. I was giving a bathroom remodel estimate at a house across the street and couldn’t help but notice this plumbing. I am curious what the drain goes to... It was a 3” pipe but it enters the house about a foot off the floor. I just imagined a toilet sitting on a wood frame about a foot off the floor or something. Gotta love DIY!
You can see they tied it into their clean out stub up in the front.

Word of advice,...
if you haven’t changed your filter at your furnace return in a while, you should. I have been seeing a lot of dirty ones in my home inspections!
