One of my favorite pictures. The girls took the skirts the ladies at Plano FUMC made for them and turned them in to swim suits. They look so cute and they loved the water.
Plans are in the works for adding a 16th partner to our Marfa Ministry family. In June, Janet and Dennis are joining the Rives family and going to the dedication of the Jerri Savuto Girls' Center in Tot, Kenya. In honor of this event, Marfa Ministry has designed a tribute puzzle. JSGC is a school designed to protect young girls from being sold as child brides. These puzzles are in production and ready to be sold. If you are interested, please message us and we can make arrangements for mailing to you. It would be a great Christmas gift for a family. One hundred percent of the purchase price goes to the Jerri Savuto Charitable Foundation.

So much has happened since my past post! We participated in mission fairs at FUMC-Denton, Greenland Hills UMC, FUMC-Richardson, Keller UMC and Lovers Lane UMC in Dallas. The highlight was having Dr. Sergei Nikolaev, president of the Moscow Theological Seminary of the United Methodist Church, helping us at FUMC-Richardson.
