The salmon was a gift from Lauren Reyna Whisenhunt! There is lemon, salt, and a heap of dill on the salmon. The carrots are glazed with fig, honey, bourbon, and a couple spices. When I say this was a fantastic dinner! 🤤

Made a seafood pasta featuring sardines for the first time. Very citrus forward and just fishy enough to be quite delicious. Nomnomnomnom

I am beat, but I had a lot of fun as well this weekend representing my brand Foster’s Fixin’s. I am very passionate about food and people having a great time!
