Heat exhaustion may cause:
π§ Heavy sweating
π§ Dizziness
π§ Nausea
π§ Muscle cramps
Heat stroke is a medical emergency and may include:
π¨ Confusion
π¨ Loss of consciousness
π¨ High body temperature
π¨ Hot, dry skin
If you suspect heat stroke, call 911 immediately! As temperatures rise, remember to hydrate, seek shade and take breaks when spending time outdoors.
