Thank you to all who celebrated with us in the Site Dedication Ceremony for the North Texas Logistics Park! The transformation of this site has been years in the making and we look forward to its future possibilities!

Since Tony Kaai, DDA's President, came to Denison 26 years ago, he has always viewed the former Johns Manville plant as an opportunity for redevelopment rather than a challenge. Tony, along with former and current mayors, City personnel, DDA Board Members, and DDA Staff as well as many outside professionals worked as a team to be able to accomplish the monumental task of acquiring the site and cleaning it up.

The journey was fraught with obstacles, but, as a team, we were able to maneuver through them. A site that was destined to remain a metal and concrete graveyard now has unlimited potential.

Thank you to the Antero Group Team who helped with acquisition, planning and logistics of the site and to Brian Robnett with RCI Services who coordinated the entire demolition project from start to finish. It was a monumental task, but with hard work and perseverance, this site is now ready for development!
