You need to list more items if you want more sales! Let’s break it down…
***Let’s say you have an item with a 100% sell through rate based on eBay comps.
Since ebay shows the most recent sales from the past 90 days, that means on average your item will sell WITHIN that 90 day period.
So it COULD take 3 months to sell, and that isn’t factoring in photos and price and competition, etc.
So you have 1 item in your store and it could take 90 days to sell.
How many items do you want to sell each day?
Is it 5? Then you need 450 items listed
Is it 10? You need 900 items listed.
Is it 20? You need 1800 items listed.
And remember, this is assuming a 100% sell through rate. If your items have a 50% sell through, these numbers have to be doubled! 👀
This is simple math folks. If you want to grow, you NEED to list more!
