It is not for you if you're looking for a quick certification or a syllabus to memorize. There are plenty of those online.

Pilates is not a fitness regimen. It is a system for developing the body, mind, and spirit in coordination with one another. The teachers who carry that understanding — not just intellectually, but within their whole being — are the ones who change people. That lived experience is what this training is designed to give.

You'll learn in person, from an instructor with direct lineage to Joseph Pilates' original method. You'll develop your eye for movement, the ability to give precise hands-on adjustments, and the judgment to observe, adapt, and respond within a group class setting.

And you'll be seen, supported, and guided through your own transformation by a teacher experienced enough to notice what you cannot yet see in yourself. This is where the transmission happens
