Fam,
We need your help. In the past, I’ve come to you primarily for ministry needs and to support others. Today, I’m coming to ask for help for our family.
My father-in-law has been in a nursing home with dementia for quite some time. Those close to us know what’s been going on, but we haven’t shared everything publicly. He was recently diagnosed with cancer as well, and today we received the dreaded phone call that he is actively passing away.
We were trying to prepare for this, but financially we are not in a good place. We work day and night to sustain our family, and we can share more details later, but right now we simply need help. We are on our way there now, praying my husband is able to say goodbye to his father in person.
We don’t know where we’ll be staying or how we’ll cover meals—we just need to get there.
