Summer's here! How are you staying cool this summer? In the works for Ashley and I is another Floating Reiki Sound Bath! Coming August 9th (details to follow soon!) Ashley and I will both be playing sound bowls at a pool at a private residence in Deltona. We'll start off with snacks and intention writing. Before the float starts everyone is welcome to put an item by the bowls to let that beautiful energy cleanse and strengthen their item. The intentions that we all write down will be put into a sound bowl of your choice. Colored lights, the sound of nature and the healing tones of two sets of bowls will put your minds and bodies into a state of complete relaxation. I will lead with a guided meditation while Ashley softly plays the bowls, perform reiki, and then join her in a harmony of sound.

Breathwork techniques are a valuable tool that you can quickly and easily apply in your life. When we breathe properly we teach our bodies how to come to a place of calm and stillness. It relaxes the body, enhances lung oxygenation, promotes better sleep, activates the vagus nerve (sooooo good for you!), and brings balance and harmony to your mind (soooooo important!)

So, join me tomorrow. Special of $20 for this class is still running! It's a setting designed to give you one-on-one instruction and there is no pace I'm setting or agenda of what to get done. We go at your speed, it's highly individualized.
