-Assist walk-in and phone customers to ensure customer satisfaction
-Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and follow up, keeping records of all interactions
-Check inventory, pulls and process orders, provide customers with order status, tracking information and/or return status
-Completes internal reports and paperwork in a timely fashion
-Performs data entry and works on various types of different projects as needed
-Keeps track of all inventory and samples in the showroom
-Would maintain the cleanliness in the showroom and ensures that all samples are properly re-stocked
-Collects daily mail and other administrative duties

Qualifications:
- High School diploma
-1+ year related Inside Sales experience preferred
-Strong Customer Service/Positive attitude and able to adapt and o change
-Proficient with MS Office programs and internet
-Advanced mathematical skills to be able to calculate percentages, sale prices and discounts quickly and accurately
-Ability to work in a fast pace environment dealing with inventory, product allocations and customer issues
-Familiarity with a related product line such as pool supplies, or pool construction materials preferred
-Familiar with shipping procedures
-Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
-Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
-Knowledge of Quickbooks online preferred
-Ability to pass a background check and a drug test
