A question we get all the time: When does quality control start?

For us, QC starts the moment the film is laid down, but the most critical inspection happens immediately after the final squeegee process. Before moving on, we thoroughly wipe down every panel and inspect every edge, corner, and surface. This is the easiest time to catch and correct anything while the film is still workable, especially on large panels like hoods where proper tension and moisture evacuation are key.

Using the winning combination of Ultrafit patterns, PPF InstaGel, and PPF InstaSlip makes installation smooth, predictable, and efficient. The film lays down clean, conforms beautifully, and gives us the control needed to deliver a flawless finish.
