We have some exciting news to share! Tomorrow we will be launching a video mini-series featuring Lincoln Property Company's latest south Florida project, The Registry Las Olas. Release date is Dec. 14th at 12PM EST ,so stay tuned for more details about the video and how to watch it.

We are working on many innovative, sustainability-driven projects within the Port of Miami. NCL’s Terminal B is the latest addition to our portfolio of LEED success stories. The beautiful “Pearl of Miami” surpassed all expectations, becoming the First of many, including the First LEED Gold NC V4.0 certified project at Port of Miami.

The team went above and beyond best practices by following an integrative approach to design and construction, which lead to high levels of energy performance, water efficiency, air quality, and reducing overall environmental impacts and carbon footprint. This project is not just a visually stunning landmark, but it serves as an example of sustainability and efficiency for the industry, a catalyst for the region.

We look forward to the feedback from passengers as they begin to experience the new terminal. From the unobstructed views of the bay and port, impressive art work, to the wave celling feature, this Terminal is sure to impress the most well-traveled passengers.
