🌊This was Christopher 's 2nd time on a surfboard but his first time with actual waves.

👀The waves on this day were truly epic! Close-outs along the sandbar are always intimidating.

✅️He did a fantastic job, putting his new knowledge and skills to the test! He was able to stand up and ride the waves in.

✨️ Next time he is going to try for the outer-break with me.

Surf District Surf Shop is offering surf school for the month of July.
We learn all things surf.
We had a great time today. We learned the basics of swim and paddle after a warm up run and swim. We always talk about the current and wind direction before we get in the water.
We always leave the beach better than we found it.
Today's mini surf competition was fun and exciting!
