Happy World Health Day! Let us remember that Healthy beginnings = Hopeful futures.

World Health Day is a year-long campaign on maternal and newborn health. The campaign will urge governments and the health community to ramp up efforts to end preventable maternal and newborn deaths, and to prioritize women’s longer-term health and well-being.

In the United States alone, an estimated 2 million women are uninsured and do not receive proper healthcare. March was Women's History Month but let us prioritize the health and wellness of all mothers everywhere.

The health of mothers and babies is the foundation of healthy families and communities, helping ensure hopeful futures for us all.

Friendly Reminder - Tomorrow, Sunday, April 6th, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm is The Anti-Bias Coalition of Delray Beach's Annual Community event - ROOTED IN RESPECT, a panel discussion addressing issues of intimidation, harassment, and bullying.
