Don't let an old hot water tank scare you away!

One topic that's rarely brought up is:

"Negotiations that don't result in an accepted Offer."

It's not an enjoyable experience for my Buyers or myself to have a negative result. Sometimes it's necessary to push forward in the home search and make additional Offers. Sure, I've had most Offers be successful on the 1st selected home but at times the circumstances require a restart and a dedicated reboot until we achieve an accepted Offer. Emotions can run high & drain you to a low point. Enthusiasm can take a dip. Purchasing a home is sometimes a marathon that might take longer than anticipated. All Realtors know what I'm talking about. There's a saying my wise Broker said when I started "you wake up unemployed and need to go out and work", pretty much the same thing my father said long ago. Anyway, getting back on the horse is the theme. The desire to have your own home is much more than a thought, it's a mission.
