I’m reaching out here with some heartfelt news: after much reflection and due to recent health challenges, I’ve made the difficult decision to step back from offering massage services.

These past years have been truly meaningful, and I am so deeply grateful for each of you. Your kindness and support, especially in your reviews and words of encouragement, have been a light in my life.

Our space at 74 Main Street in Delhi will remain open, with Tobias offering acupuncture every Monday and Friday.

If you have a gift certificate, you can use it for acupuncture at any time. If you would like to use it for a massage, please reach out to me at [email protected] to schedule a session before the end of January 2025.

Have you been watching the Olympics and wondering what all those circles are on the backs of athletes? It's cupping! Cupping is an ancient therapy that involves placing round cups on the skin to create suction and promote healing. It's been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years, and is also practiced in Egyptian, Middle Eastern, and other cultures. We have one more month in our space at 145 Main Street in Delhi before we take up temporary residency at 74 Main Street before our big move to The Andes Hotel. As always, you can book your appointments online and we hope to see you soon!

We are thrilled to share some big news!

As of August 1st, Interwoven Wellness Collective will be moving to a temporary location – the beautiful and historic Parker House at 74 Main Street in Delhi.

This move allows us to focus on renovating our brand new studio at The Andes Hotel! We're excited to partner with Derek Curl and his team to create a truly unique wellness experience for the hotel's guests and the community.

In the meantime, you can still enjoy our massage and acupuncture services at the Parker House.

We anticipate being in our new, permanent home at The Andes Hotel sometime in Fall 2024. Stay tuned here for updates on our progress!
