Finished the Murph today.
2 miles.
100 pull-ups.
200 push-ups.
300 squats.
No shortcuts. No quitting.
Honestly one of the hardest workouts I’ve done since my college football days. Somewhere around the middle of those push-ups and squats, it stopped becoming a workout and turned into a mental battle.
This reminded me that strength isn’t just about how much weight you can bench. It’s endurance. Discipline. Grit. Showing up when your body wants to stop.
At 31, balancing business, fatherhood, marriage, fitness, and life — moments like this matter to me. The goal isn’t just looking fit. The goal is becoming harder to break.
Respect to everyone who completed Murph this year. And most importantly, honoring the fallen who this challenge represents.
Dad gut season is over. We’re building endurance and shredding!
