Rendering for a house we are just wrapping up.

We have a few houses wrapping up so the photos are starting to flow in. Thought we would share a few.

A few years ago we did drawings for a fire restoration project near our office to this older farmhouse. Today, I met the owner who has lived there for 43 years, and is 16 days away from her 86th birthday, as she wants to do an addition.

I always enjoy working on the older homes.

We are working on another older home, this time from the 1880's. It's great to see the detail and character (inside and out) that these older homes have. This client is having us design a 1st floor Bedroom and Great Room addition with some other interior renovations. Excited to see how it shapes up.

Some quick front elevation sketches on a hot Friday night. We are excited to be designing some homes in Cincinnati now too, but don't worry Columbus, you are still our favorite.
