When I create a routine, I know not everyone is going to get it on the first try, and that's okay. Learning something new takes patience, practice, and repetition.

This routine to Keys to Your Heart by is all about having fun, building confidence, and moving your body. Don't worry about being perfect. Focus on learning one section at a time, give yourself grace, and keep showing up.

When I created this routine, even I needed time to get the turns down 😅 so I already knew it wouldn’t click for everyone on the first try.

That’s why I believe in breaking the steps down, slowing it down, and coaching my members through it step by step.

Nobody starts as an expert. Confidence comes from repetition, patience, and being willing to keep showing up even when you miss the turn the first… fifth… or tenth time 😝

Give it time though… pretty soon they’ll be sashaying all across the dance floor 💃🏾✨
