Holland Partner Group is on track to finish The Torrey in June, a $440M, 34-floor apartment tower in downtown San Diego with 450 units built on the former San Diego Superior Court site.

A Whole Foods will anchor the ground floor, taking up 40,000 sq ft across two levels with 176 dedicated parking spaces. It's expected to open later this year.

The building leans hard into its namesake. A landscaped ninth-floor nature deck features the rare Torrey Pine and native San Diego vegetation at different elevations. There's also a rooftop pool, athletic club, coworking space, and pet areas. Murals by Australian duo Dabsmyla add color to the exterior.
