this book is blowing my mind. there is something on every page that needs to be underlined and digested heh. nutritional inflation, food scarcity and the politicizing of our food scares me and also fuels me to want to make some sort of change. im experimenting with growing full sized kale, beets, and radish right now. maybe someday mojo can offer that too 😇🥦🥥🥬🥕🌶
