In the middle of busy schedules, heavy stories, and the everyday demands of life, taking even one minute to breathe with intention can make a world of difference.

Here’s a simple grounding exercise you can try today — and share with someone who may need it:

✨ 4–4–4 Breathing Exercise

Inhale slowly for a count of 4

Hold for a count of 4

Exhale gently for a count of 4

Repeat 3–5 times

This small moment of calm can help reset your mind, ease tension, and bring you back to center.
