Emotions don’t just live in your mind they get stored in your body, especially your organs. This practice uses simple breath and humming to gently meet those places, help them release, and bring your body back into balance and flow. You don’t need to believe in “Energetic Adhesions” or “Shamanic Embodiment” to feel that something’s stuck in your body. You know it in your gut, your chest, deep within you. I give you techniques to use for a lifetime. It’s not about fixing it’s about resonating, remembering, and returning to balance.
Your body remembers what your mind tries to move past.
