A run isn’t complete unless I’m restocking Preston’s favorite treats.

Because every single night at exactly 8:00 PM, we have the same routine. Potty break first, then treat time.

And trust me, he knows the schedule better than I do. The second he hears the Peanut Butter Softies bag shake, he’s ready and waiting.

These soft-baked treats are filled with real peanut butter, easy to break into smaller pieces, and perfect for dogs of all ages. They’ve become a must-have in our house and are a small part of a routine we both look forward to every day.

It’s funny how the little moments become the most important ones. For us, it’s an evening walk around the yard, a happy tail wag, and a Peanut Butter Softie before bed.

If your pup has a favorite treat, you get it. And if they don’t yet, grab a bag of Blue Dog Bakery Peanut Butter Softies during your next Kroger run.

If you’ve ever lived in North Alabama, you know allergy season isn’t really a season… it’s a lifestyle.

Unfortunately, Preston knows that all too well. My favorite little yard patrol officer spends his days chasing birds, soaking up the sunshine, and living his best dog life, but all that outdoor time can sometimes leave him dealing with allergies.

That’s why we’ve added Allergy Aid Soft Chews from to his daily routine, along with their Daily Multi-Vitamin All-In-One Soft Chews. I do everything I can to keep my boy happy, healthy, and ready for his next backyard adventure.

The best part? He thinks they’re treats.

Tell me I’m not the only dog parent whose pup comes running the second they hear the supplement container open.

Day 3 of the Minimalist Challenge and I found evidence of a former version of myself.

A few years ago, I was absolutely obsessed with making loaded teas at home. If there was a new flavor combination to try, I was making it. Then one day… I just stopped.

Today, I decluttered the remnants of that phase and ended up getting rid of 18 items, bringing my total to 25 items gone in 3 days.

One thing this challenge is teaching me is how much stuff we hold onto for the person we used to be instead of the person we are today.

Goodbye loaded tea era. You had a good run.

What have you decluttered so far? If you’re joining the challenge, tag me in your posts so I can follow along!

May was full in the best way.

There were trips, new experiences, good food, family time, content creation wins, and plenty of moments that reminded me how much I love sharing this little corner of my life with y’all. Looking back at these photos, I’m reminded that a beautiful life isn’t built in one big moment. It’s built through small moments that make you smile.

As I head into June, I’m feeling called to slow down and make more intentional space for the life I want to create.

This month I’m focusing on three things: making room for joy, taking action toward my goals, and decluttering what no longer serves me.

One of my biggest goals is completing the Minimalist Challenge. On June 1st, I’ll get rid of one item. On June 2nd, two items. On June 3rd, three items, and so on through the month. By June 30th, that’ll be 465 items gone from my home.

And before you think I have 465 things to donate, trust me, the junk drawer alone is carrying this challenge.

My hope is that clearing out the physical clutter will also create more room for creativity, peace, opportunity, and joy.

Here’s to less stuff, more living, and a June that feels as good as it looks.

What’s one thing you’re focusing on this month?

Running errands after the gym is basically an Olympic sport at this point. One minute I’m in Pilates pretending to have my life together and the next I’m sitting in a parking lot trying to cool down before my Hobby Lobby run.

Thankfully these face wipes came through because post workout sweat mixed with leftover makeup from yesterday was not the vibe. Somehow they managed to remove everything my cleanser missed and left my skin feeling actually clean and refreshed instead of sticky or dry.

I love keeping a pack in my car for those days when life doesn’t stop after the gym and honestly…a clean face, oversized sunglasses, and an iced coffee can fix almost anything for me, so this product is a win!
