Hannah is a dedicated 200-hour registered yoga teacher, certified yin and massage teacher, and meditation teacher devoted to creating spaces for presence, restoration, and embodied healing. Her classes are rooted in yin, mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement, offering a slow and intentional practice that supports nervous system regulation and deep rest.

With a trauma-informed and consent-centered approach, Hannah creates a safe and supportive environment where students can reconnect with themselves and their inner wisdom. We’re so excited to have her share her calming presence and healing energy with our community. 🤍

Brittany is a 200-RYT and Integrative Wellness Coach whose teaching is rooted in yoga as a practice of healing, liberation, and reconnection. Her vinyasa classes focus on finding the balance between effort and ease while creating a welcoming and inclusive space for all students.

Through both movement and stillness, Brittany hopes students leave class feeling grounded, energized, and inspired to carry what they cultivate on the mat into their daily lives.

Step into a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the mind, relax the body, and support energetic balance.

Join us for a Reiki-Empowered Crystal Bowl Sound Bath with salt therapy, an intimate small-group session limited to just six participants. Led by Certified Reiki Master and Sound Practitioner Felicia Holden, this immersive experience combines the soothing atmosphere of our Himalayan salt room with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, gong, and other therapeutic instruments.

Throughout the session, participants will also receive individualized Reiki support using gentle touch to help encourage relaxation, grounding, and energetic renewal. The combination of sound healing, Reiki, and salt therapy creates a peaceful environment for deep rest and restoration.

We’re excited to introduce the newest member of our massage therapy team, Terica, and celebrate her arrival with a special offer!

Licensed in Georgia since 2006, Terica practices a variety of modalities including stretching, cupping, Thai massage, Swe-Thai massage, Sarga Bodywork, and Gua Sha. She also served as a clinical supervisor and assistant teacher at the Atlanta School of Massage, where she first trained.
