We gathered over 80 leaders from across sectors to provide feedback on the logistics of bringing both G-Wiz Adventures and Twin Hills Marina to life right here in Wise County.

Before the first brick is laid, we wanted to gather the brightest minds shaping youth futures.

Advising Generation Z partnered with FCC Property Management to host an intimate, pre-launch gathering at Bison Ranch & Retreat—bringing together cross-sector leaders from across North Texas to preview and provide insight on the G-Wiz Adventures STEM destination coming to Wise County.

While we’re not yet at the construction stage, it was important for us to hear directly from those illuminating the future—leaders in education, justice, mental health, workforce, and beyond—about what they believe youth and families truly need.

With a Western-themed day of fun, food, and forward-thinking conversations, this private convening was the first soft step toward a big vision.

The Leaders Illuminating Futures Awards Luncheon was more than a celebration—it was our first checkpoint, making sure what we’re building will serve the region with integrity, equity, and impact.
