(Matt) Good morning. From my morning reading today. I see an awful lot about anxiety lately in my readings. Coincidence? I doubt it. People in today's society have so much they concern themselves with. Money, health, environment, etc. These words below are not mine, but they are very fitting.

"WORSHIP ME ONLY. Whatever occupies your mind the most becomes your god. Worries, if indulged, develop into idols. Anxiety gains a life of its own, parasitically infesting your mind. Break free from this bo***ge by affirming your trust in Me and refreshing yourself in My Presence."

"Search me, God, and know my heart;
Put me to the test and know my anxious thoughts;
24 And see if there is any [a]hurtful way in me,
And lead me in the everlasting way."

Psalm193: 23-24
