Losing Weight: The Emotional Roller Coaster

Madrid, Spain-August 2025. Zoie and I chopping it up on her birthday. Zoie has been a true gift to my life! I definitely prayed for her. I thank God for answered prayer! I must add when my late husband said "we" should be more like Zoie. He was really talking about me🙃. My late husband was always calm🥰. I never saw him lose his cool. When I mentioned my younger brother, I was referring to the way he was when we were young. People change💯! To those waiting for something, God is faithful. It may seem like it will never happen & when it does it's an amazing blessing. I thought of this today in regard to buying my 1st home on my own. God provided a "goodly house" as it is written in scripture. The wait was unbearable at times. I considered settling for less desirable homes. Zoie as always was there to encourage patience. Similar to becoming pregnant, I didn't think it would ever happen. We can always trust God💯.Timing is everything! God reminds us not to forget God when our blessings flow abundantly. 😘🌹🌺🌼🌻🌞🎂🍧🍨🍦🍰🧁🍾🎈🎉

I regret it took too many years to see the people I wanted anxiously in my life were not worthy to be there in the first place. The doors that were closed by me or them will remain closed. I have not felt this free in my life. I am only concerned with nurturing/ supporting relationships that nurture/support me. Gone are the days when I do all the emotional giving. I no longer crave toxic/ one sided relationships. This is what genuine healing looks like. In my new book, I discuss in detail the early days of my life that led me to be drawn to unlovable, low vibrating, fruitless, nosy, energy draining people. The more I resist, the more these people directly or indirectly persist. They are like parasites, feeding off my energy. For it is written, resist the devil & he will flee. Side note: FB is strategic in keeping my subscribers from seeing my post. Despite that, this page reached over 2100 views over the last month!! We have exciting things planned for our current readers and future readers. We have two new podcasts & two audio books coming when the time is right. Lastly, those of you who have been here since 2012, thank you. You don’t openly engage but from time to time you let me know you are still here. I truly appreciate all of you from around world. The majority of my peers did not support the page, but you all answered the call & filled the void. I have not forgotten. We seem to be drawing closer to all the things I wrote about between 2015-2018. This conflict in northern Africa will spread and God’s word will come to pass Joel 3:2 KJV. The entire chapter is worth reading. It explains God's judgment on the nations. It is important to know who's who in the Bible to get the full understanding of scripture. We've been lied to so much; similar to what we see right now in mainstream media. I want to advise you in the US to keep a sober mind and to prep by stocking up on food, water & other essentials for you and your family. If you’re unable to grow your own food, find a local farmer. I told you guys this before. I began prepping in 2015. By 2020 when covid hit, I had a year supply of food, water, & other essentials. When others were scrambling for toilet paper, my family & I were chilling. 🥶 The only thing we lacked were desserts. 😜 It’s better to be prepared and not need it than to need it and not be prepared! 💯
