At the Ability Garden, Trellis Horticultural Therapy Alliance brings together people of every ability to grow something together: patience, friendship, confidence, and a sense of belonging that outlasts any season.

One week from tonight, Compassionate Atlanta is hosting Serenity Within, a Yoga Nidra evening benefiting their work. You rest. Trellis grows. Everybody wins.

Our Legacy Self Compassion Series is teaming up with Trellis Horticultural Therapy Alliance, right here at Legacy Park. At the Ability Garden, people of all abilities learn side by side, build friendships, and discover what is possible when a space is designed for everyone.

On July 16, join us for Serenity Within, a restorative Yoga Nidra evening that supports Trellis while giving you permission to rest.
