Today we celebrated a wonderful success. Mr Grim came to us for therapy and when he arrived he was barely able to assist in transfers. Today he walked out and is returning home with his family. We are so thankful to have been blessed with being his care providers. We will miss you Mr. Grim!!!!!

Our residents at The Hills Nursing & Rehab absolutely LOVE Bingo! 💚 Every game brings smiles, laughter, friendly competition, and so much joy.
We’re asking our amazing community to help us keep the fun going by donating practical, useful Bingo prizes that our residents can truly enjoy.
We are trying to choose items that are useful, enjoyable, and won’t add unnecessary clutter to our residents’ rooms.

Mrs. McClendon came to The Hills Nursing and Rehab with goals of improving strength, balance, and safety to return home. Through her dedication and consistent participation in Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, she made steady progress in mobility, endurance, and daily activities.
By meeting her therapy goals, she safely returned home with her husband at a more independent level. We are proud of her hard work and the collaborative efforts of our therapy team in supporting her success.
