It is Market Stats Monday from the team at Raw Real Estate Group - we are pulling data on a regular basis on a lot of the most popular neighborhoods where we live, work and play. This week our focus is on Candler Park and homes that fall in the Candler Park Neighborhood Organization.

Candler Park's detached home market showed strong demand in June 2026, with 7 sales closing between May 29 and June 17 at an average sales price of approximately $1.15M and an average of $398/sqft. Sellers fared well overall — 5 of 7 homes sold at or above list price, pushing the average sales price-to-list ratio to about 103%, with 591 Terrace Ave standing out by selling for 14% over asking at $2.055M. When excluding the one outlier (368 Josephine St, which sat 100 days after multiple price reductions before selling at its final list price), the average days on market drops sharply from 26 to just 13.5 days — signaling that well-priced homes in Candler Park are moving very quickly in the current market.
