Working up some sketch elevations for a big "take the roof off" renovation in historic Buford Georgia. This cute Tudor near downtown Burford will get some new children's bedrooms and a playroom tucked under some shed dormers.

A little , some steel wool, and a few hours of time....and I've polished up most of the original brass hardware, k***s, locksets, etc in our in Haynes Manor.
Some people think its chore, but I kinda enjoy it, cleaning and saving the "jewelry" of the old house.

Under permit review this month, and large renovation of this beauty in Druid Hills close to the ByWay.
We're adding a back porch and primary bedroom renovation/addition in the back of the house and then replacing all the windows (not the big arch one on the front however...that stays!!!)
